Immunization Requirements

The following is an expected list of immunization requirements for the upcoming school year. Please know that these requirements are subject to change at any time. All immunization records are collected through a third-party vendor, not within the campus community. Students who have been offered admission into an ACHE degree program will receive additional details from the admissions team; the below list should be used to get started, as some of the requirements may take several months to complete.
