White Coat Ceremony

The 2024 ACHE White Coat Ceremony will honor the Doctor of Physical Therapy Class of 2027 and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Class of 2028 on August 30, 2024 at 10:00am at the ArcBest Performing Arts Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. (55 South 7th Street, Fort Smith, AR)
 
ACHE will also host the White Coat Family picnic Friday, August 29th @ 5:00pm on the ACHE Campus Lawn.

Where is the Fort Smith Convention Center?

The Fort Smith Convention Center is located in downtown Fort Smith at 55 South 7th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901.

Is this a mandatory event?

It is expected that all students will participate in the white coat ceremony unless you have an excused absence from your Dean.

Will I be limited in the number of guests I may invite?

Students will be limited to 5 guests. Tickets will be available for pickup in the OSA office during normal business hours after Monday, September 18.

What if my loved one is unable to attend the annual white coat ceremony?

Live streaming of the ceremony will be available on the ACHE Facebook and YouTube pages.

Will there be photos available?

Professional photographers will be present to capture the moment as you don your white coat on stage.

Where should I refer my guests needing a hotel room?

Guests should be encouraged to book their hotels room no later than September 20 to qualify for discounted rates.
