White Coat Ceremony
The 2026 ACHE White Coat Ceremony will honor the Doctor of Physical Therapy Class of 2029 and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Class of 2030 on September 26, 2026 at 10 a.m. at the ArcBest Performing Arts Center in the Fort Smith Convention Center in downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas.

White Coat Family Picnic
The evening before White Coat Ceremony, students are invited to bring their family and friends for a picnic on campus. This event is not ticketed.
Location: Back lawn between ARCOM and CoHS buildings

Where is the Fort Smith Convention Center?
The Fort Smith Convention Center is located in downtown Fort Smith at 55 South 7th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901. It is advisable to allow 30 minutes for travel from the ACHE academic buildings to downtown Fort Smith.
Is this a mandatory event?
It is expected that all students will participate in the white coat ceremony unless you have an excused absence from your Dean.
Will I be limited in the number of guests I may invite?
Students will receive an email when tickets are available for pick up in OSA.
What if my loved one is unable to attend the annual white coat ceremony?
Live streaming of the ceremony will be available on the ACHE Facebook and YouTube pages.
Will there be photos available?
Professional photographers will be present to capture the moment as you don your white coat on stage.
