The safety of our students, faculty, and, staff is a top priority at ACHE. The Chief of Police and Director of Campus Security oversees all law enforcement and security related activities on campus. Concerns regarding security and safety should be directed to the Office of Police and Security at 479-308-2222.
Clery Fire & Safety Report
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics (Clery Act) is a federal statute that requires all colleges and universities that participated in federal financial aid programs to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their respective campuses.
The Clery Act requires institutions to give timely warnings of crimes that represent a threat to the safety of students or employees. Institutions are required to publish their policies regarding timely warnings in the Annual Campus Security Report.
