The Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE) is working with Stanford University’s “Our Voice” initiative to improve “health-impacting features” of the region and will begin with local citizen scientists helping with a national Walkability Action Institute.
Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE) will be making a home for the Fort Smith Symphony corporate offices in their new Research Institute Health & Wellness Center.
When one thinks of the new Arkansas Colleges of Health Education program, most probably do not think of the fine arts. Yet, as part of their emphasis on health and wellness, ACHE has a major interest in supporting local visual and performing arts, and the positive impact is spreading throughout the community.
he ACHE Research Institute Health & Wellness Center will do more than bring medical research to our region – it will allow ACHE to recruit top-tier professors, boost the region’s economy, and improve Arkansas’ health.
