Building A & Building B
Heritage Buildings A & B, were built in 2020. There are a total of forty-eight 1 bedroom/1 bath units and sixteen 2 bedroom/2 bath units. The one-bedroom units have three layouts, but are all 632 sq. ft. The two-bedroom units have three layouts as well, but are all 1002 sq. ft.

Building C
Heritage Building C, offers COMPLETELY furnished studios and 1 bedrooms! Building C features thirty-four studios and thirty-six one-bedrooms. The studios are 528 sq. ft. and the one-bedroom options are 600 sq. ft. These brand-new units were completed May 2023!
The fully furnished includes: a full size bed and mattress, a desk, desk chair, and loveseat sofa for the living room. Additionally, a TV Mount & Samsung 43″ smart TV is included in the living room area. Like our other apartments, these come with kitchen appliances and stackable washer/dryer.
