Adam Gunn, PT, DPT

Dr. Adam Gunn is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at ACHE. Adam obtained his Bachelors in Biomed from Arkansas Tech where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was honored as the Tri Beta outstanding senior biology major. Adam received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas where he was also awarded for his academic excellence. Adam has established clinical experience in every facet of physical therapy with a focus on rural healthcare. He also obtained years of prior teaching experience as an adjunct instructor at the undergraduate level. Adam has a passion for disseminating both didactic and clinical knowledge, while working closely with his students to help them achieve their professional goals. Adam also enjoys establishing rapport with Veterans and geriatric populations. His area of interest includes issues pertaining to access in rural healthcare and private independent practice. He believes in connecting biomedical research to human behavior and biomechanics. Adam has an incredible support team from his family that includes his wife Delta and three adult children.
