Mr. Hansen joins the School of Occupational Therapy as a Content Expert. He holds a masters degree in occupational therapy from the University of Central Arkansas (2011) and is currently working toward a PhD. During his twelve years as an occupational therapist, he has focused his practice within pediatrics and mental health. Mr. Hansen has served in a variety of interdisciplinary leadership positions including: leading inpatient psychiatric teams, OT team leader, developmental preschool director, and supervising a group of developmental preschool directors. Mr. Hansen enjoys finding ways to engage with and serve individuals that are experiencing homelessness and has developed several programs to address challenges within the community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
