Joseph Armer is from Paris, Arkansas, where he lives with his wife, daughter and two sons. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and a 2009 graduate of the National Forensic Academy. Joseph served the Dardanelle Police Department for 3 years and the Fort Smith Police Department for over 17 years. While at the Fort Smith Police Department, he served as a patrol officer, field training officer and a crime scene investigator. He also served as a patrol supervisor and criminal investigations supervisor. As a supervisor, he managed the crime scene unit, sex offender coordinator’s office, crimes against children unit, the evidence vault and the computer forensics unit.
