Charles “Trex” Smith is from Arkoma, Oklahoma where he lives with his wife and two sons. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern State University in Criminal Justice. He served over 18 years with the Fort Smith Police Department, where he retired as a corporal in October 2020. While at the FSPD he served on the SWAT Team, Honor Guard, Search and Rescue Team, Bicycle Unit, Patrol Officer and most recently served a School Resource Officer.
