Tracy has lived in the Fort Smith area her entire life. Before coming to work at ACHE, Tracy worked 10 years in Human Resources for Lavaca School District. Tracy graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, formerly known as Westark Community College with a degree in business.

Tracy and her husband, Jim have two children, Payton and Garin. She enjoys relaxing on the beach, reading and spending time with her family.
