Ashley Gerhardson, PhD is the Director of Data Analytics and Institutional Research for the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education in the Office of Academic Affairs. Prior to joining the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education, Dr. Gerhardson served the Fort Smith Public Schools as an educator and instructional facilitator. Dr. Gerhardson was a member of the Leadership Fort Smith Class of 2022, awarded the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal 40 under 40 class of 2022, and a 2023 National Center for Education Statistics Data Institute Participant. She serves on the Future Fort Smith Committee, Fort Smith Regional Chamber Education Committee, and is a board member of Heart to Heart Pregnancy and Family Care Center. Dr. Gerhardson earned a Bachelor of Science (2007) from the UA-Fort Smith, a Master of Education in Workforce Development and Adult Education (2011), and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction (2015) from the University of Arkansas, and an Educational Leadership Certification (2016) from Arkansas State University.
