Advancing the PA Profession
The Physician Associate (PA) profession continues to transform healthcare through compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Building on this momentum, ACHE is expanding opportunities for PAs and healthcare leaders with two new, fully online doctoral programs designed to elevate your impact and advance your career.
The Doctor of Executive Leadership (DEL) and Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) empower professionals to grow as innovators, educators, and decision-makers in today’s evolving healthcare landscape. Whether you’re ready to strengthen your clinical expertise or lead at the executive level, these new programs give you the knowledge, flexibility, and credentials to shape the future of healthcare.
“Investing in the advanced education and strategic leadership of PAs is an investment in the strength, resilience, and innovation of healthcare systems everywhere.”

Arkansas Colleges of Health Education has applied for Accreditation – Provisional from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). Arkansas Colleges of Health Education anticipates matriculating its first class in May 2028, pending achieving Accreditation – Provisional status at the January 2028 ARC-PA meeting.
Accreditation – Provisional is an accreditation status granted when the plans and resource allocation, if fully implemented as planned, of a proposed program that has not yet enrolled students appear to demonstrate the program’s ability to meet the ARC-PA Standards or when a program holding accreditation provisional status appears to demonstrate continued progress in complying with the Standards as it prepares for the graduation of the first class (cohort) of students.
If the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education PA program does not achieve Accreditation – Provisional status, the program will not commence, and students will not matriculate. Accepted students will be refunded for any deposits or tuition paid.
