Fort Smith, AR — The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal has named Les Smith, Chief of Staff of Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE), as a recipient of its prestigious 2025 C-Suite Award.
The C-Suite Awards recognize 10 outstanding C-level executives across Northwest Arkansas and the Fort Smith metro who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and continued excellence in their industries. Honorees are selected for their proven ability to drive growth, inspire teams, and make a lasting impact on both their organizations and the broader community.

With a career spanning 25 years, Smith has made significant contributions to the development of ACHE and its campus including the development of the additional campus housing, the Celebration Garden and Wellness Park, the addition of Harp’s Food Store with expanding services and community partnerships.
Beyond the boardroom, he has been deeply engaged in supporting the United Way of Fort Smith, Fort Smith Boys & Girls Club, and Immaculate Conception Elementary School. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Mercy Health Communities and Arvest Bank, reinforcing his belief that leadership extends far beyond business success. Smith and wife, Monica, have two children and reside in Fort Smith.
