When can I move-in?

Move-in begins one week prior to orientation.  Example:  Orientation is set for Monday, May 13 – which means move-in week begins Monday, May 6.

Do you allow pets?

Yes.  We are a pet-friendly housing facility.  We have a 2-pet limit, and each pet requires a one-time $500 pet fee.  In addition to the pet fee, we require a signed pet addendum form, pet photo and your most up to date pet vaccinations.

Do you allow roommates?

We do allow ACHE roommates.  If you are interested in having an ACHE roommate, please note this on your housing application.  Once placements start, we will work with you to help find you a compatible ACHE roommate.

In addition to ACHE roommates, if you have a significant other, spouse, or family member that will be living with you, we call these individuals authorized guests.  Authorized guests are any person that will be living with the student on a permanent basis or that will be staying 5 or more consecutive days with the student.  A background check is required for this individual and the charge for this background check is the responsibility of the student. The background checks are minimal cost.
