The On Call Gala was held at the ACHE Research Institute Health & Wellness Center
FORT SMITH, AR —The Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE) celebrated a night of generosity and impact at the annual On Call Gala, where an astounding $830,000 was raised for the ACHE Scholarship Endowment.
The prestigious event showcased ACHE’s commitment to fostering the next generation of medical professionals. The money raised will directly support scholarships for future doctors, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed and strengthen healthcare in our community.
“We are overwhelmed by the generosity of our supporters,” said ACHE Director of Advancement Jarred Rego. “This investment in education will not only change the lives of our students but will also enhance healthcare access and quality for generations to come.”
The evening, sponsored by presenting sponsor Choctaw Casino & Resorts in Pocola, featured inspiring speeches, a live auction, a lucky draw raffle, a $10,000 Blakeman’s Fine Jewelry shopping spree raffle, and a heartfelt video of ACHE students who emphasized the importance of scholarships. The memorable evening continued into the night with “The Night Shift After Party” which featured live music, dancing, and more.
With this year’s record-breaking total, the ACHE Scholarship Endowment continues to grow, furthering its mission to expand healthcare education and services in the region.
