Kimi Hayden joins the Clinical Rotations team at ARCOM following a multi-faceted career. Most recently, she completed over 15 years at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith working in Human Resources and with the WATC program and 7 years as coordinator for the UA System Risk Management program.

Kimi is proud to live in Arkansas after being transplanted from Poteau, Oklahoma. Kimi received her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education at Oklahoma State University. She and her husband, Steve, have two children, Hannah and Elijah, who both recently graduated from college. Kimi is active with her church and loves working with infants and toddlers in the Children’s Ministry. She has two dogs, a miniature poodle and a goldendoodle, Chanel and Murphy.
