Janice Scaggs is a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas. After 35 years of public service, she is now the Director of Building Support at the ACHE Research Institute Health & Wellness Center (RIHWC). Mrs. Scaggs is active in the community and is currently serving on the Complete Count Census Committee, the Crawford County Adult Education Advisory Board, and the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. She is a member of the Fort Smith Southside Rotary Club and the Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club, as well as a 2015-2016 Leadership Crawford County graduate and a 2018 FBI Citizens Academy graduate. Janice and her husband, Bobby, have two children, Brandon and Briana.
