Heather Guzik is the Assistant Professor of Anatomy at ARCOM. Heather recently completed her EdD in Adult and Lifelong Learning. She received her BA in Anthropology from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, and a MA in Anthropology from the University of Southern Mississippi. She worked for William Carrey School of Osteopathic Medicine as the Anatomy Lab Assistant before moving with her husband to Fort Smith, AR. Research interests include: activity reconstruction using musculoskeletal stress markers, paleopathology, and biomechanics.
